Contractor Connection

Contractor Connection is a third-party administrator who works with insurance companies to help provide to their clients, top-qualified contractors held to the highest industry standards. Through a stringent vetting process, CC matches insurance customers with a contractor who has passed a rigorous credentialing process and is fully licensed and insured. They oversee the process to ensure that projects are completed at a reasonable price within a reasonable time.  CATCO is proud to be a member of the Contractor Connection network of contractors.

Restoration Industry Association

The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) is the oldest and largest trade association representing the restoration and reconstruction industry.  The RIA promotes the highest ethical standards, provides education, professional qualification and certification opportunities and advances safety and efficiency of it’s members.  CATCO is a RIA Corporate Member.  Our staff holds the following certifications: Certified Restorer (CR), Water Loss Specialist (WLS), Certified Mold Professional (CMP), Environmental Restoration Specialist (ERS), and Contents Loss Specialist (CLS).

National Air Duct Cleaners Association

The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), was formed in 1989 as a nonprofit association of companies engaged in the cleaning of HVAC systems. Its original mission was to promote source removal as the only acceptable method of cleaning and to establish industry standards for the association.NADCA’s mission has expanded to include qualified companies engaged in the inspection, cleaning and restoration of HVAC systems. The goal of the association is for its members to be the number one resource for consumers and other entities seeking air duct cleaning and HVAC inspection, cleaning and restoration.
CATCO’s staff includes NADCA trained managers and technicians who hold certifications from the organization, including Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) and Certified Ventilation Inspectors (CVI).

Indoor Air Quality Association

CATCO, with its Air Conveyance Treatment Systems division, is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), established in 1995 to promote uniform standards, procedures and protocols in the Indoor Air Quality industry. The IAQA is dedicated to bringing practitioners together to prevent and solve indoor environmental problems for the benefit of customers and the public

Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification

The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the cleaning and restoration industry. The mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries. This organization is the certification entity by which many reputable restoration companies obtain training and expertise in this highly specialized field.  CATCO is an IICRC Certified Firm, which means the company applied and was vetted in a process of checking qualifications, years of experience and certifications obtained by staff by the IICRC.  CATCO has an IICRC-certified technician present on all job sites.  
Some of the certifications offered by the IICRC which CATCO technicians and staff possess include:  Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Health and Safety Technician (HST), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician, Odor Control Technician (OCT), Mold Removal Specialist (MRS), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Upholstery and Fabric Technician, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer (JSR), Journeyman Water Restorer (JWR).
